Packed by hand in Los Angeles

Every order is packed by a person, not a machine. Lashes travel in their own trays, nails in their box with the glue and file, scarves folded so they arrive without a hard crease. If a piece needs extra care on the way to you, it gets it.

Orders are usually out within one business day of payment clearing. You get a confirmation immediately and a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Questions we get asked

What does shipping cost?: A flat $6.99 on any order under $75, and a flat $3.99 on any order of $75 or more. One rate for the whole order — it does not go up with the number of pieces.
How does the $75 rate work?: The $75 is measured on the merchandise subtotal, before shipping and tax. Our bag and checkout both show the running total and tell you exactly how much more you would need to add to drop into the lower rate.
Where do orders ship from?: Everything leaves from Los Angeles, California. Orders are packed by hand, usually within one business day of the payment clearing.
Can I track my order?: Yes. You get a confirmation as soon as the order is placed, and a tracking number by email the moment your parcel is on its way.
Something is not right with my order: Call or text +1 901 264 4610 and we will sort it out directly — that is what a small shop can do that a big one cannot. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a return or an exchange on unused pieces still in their packaging.
Do you sell in person?: No — Glamour Store Life is an online store. Everything you see here ships to you, and we are reachable by phone or text the whole way through.
